Tracy Lee and I have been tracking out food and exercise for quite some time now. And neither of us have budged the number on the scale too much in the past few weeks. So it is time for change... what type of change? We are not sure. But yesterday we were considering Bikram Yoga in August. If you haven't heard of Bikram before, it is doing a series of 26 poses in a room heated to over 100 degrees.
I know... it sounds drastic, but sometimes your body needs change. I think we may start doing a few weeks of regular yoga to "warm up" first. We will see. But it's an idea. In the fall, we will get a trainer to spice up our workouts too.
