We plan on measuring once a month to track our progress. Maybe this will be a bit more motivational than the numbers on the scale are lately! The next measuring is also close to the end of August so I will be done with the 30 Day Shred as well.
Updated Goals for Kimberly
Goal 1: 169lbs by September 1st, 2011
Goal 2: 159lbs by November 1st, 2011
Goal 3: 149lbs by January 1st, 2012
* I want to re access how I feel when I get to 149. This is technically above the suggested BMI range, but I may be more comfortable at this weight than going too much lower***
