After doing an AM cardio workout, I am left feeling hungry and ravenous all day. With my new diet plan from the trainer I am able to eat every 2-3 hours, but literally 15 minutes after snacking... I am hungry. I jumped for joy when I found a long lost snack baggie of Reduced Fat Cheez-Its mixed with unsalted dry roasted peanuts. It was a low moment.
Does anyone else deal with this problem?

Ha! A good looking trainer never hurt any-body! I always feel ravenous especially after serious cardio, I think it has to do with all the calories burned, having a banana right after usually takes the edge off for me.
