Sometimes: I want to stop exercising and love my body the way it is.
Always: I remember that it is important to actually be healthy inside and out.
Sometimes: I want to be a graduate school drop-out.
Always: I really want to get a master's degree... and a doctorate later on.
Sometimes: I feel like my mental to-do list is too long.
Always: I tell myself that it's a good thing to have a mental to do list to keep myself accountable and on-track.
Sometimes: I feel like I am scatter-brained because I always want to try something new. (My latest idea is becoming a certified personal trainer.)
Always: I am grateful that I am ambitious and have lots of ideas and aspirations.
You should make a 30 before 30 list and put your mental list down on paper!
ReplyDeleteI have a 30 before 30 (since another friend of mine shared hers with me. ;). BUT, it's just the daily things mixed in with the life-changing ones. lol I'm basically scatter brained.
