My weight loss progress hasn't changed much since THIS post, but this morning before I started my personal training session, Reggie measured me and I have those results today too. It has been almost a month since I set some goals, so it is time to reflect and set some new goals. So here were my goals for last month!
I didn't achieve the full 10lb loss but I lost 8lbs which is still pretty good! My measurements came in a little funky though. I wore a less compressing sports bra so I know the chest is off even though it should have came in smaller because all of my bras are kind of baggy. I'm losing all of my boobs! My thighs are getting super firm, so that measurement may actually be true! Which means that something needs to change in my diet to make sure that I am maximizing my fat loss AND gaining muscle.

As for my carbohydrate intake, I have been doing really well with keeping them fairly low. I have also instituted salads for lunch most days so my veggies are up! I have been reading so much information about good carbs, bad carbs, keto diets, and glycemic index that I am very conflicted, so I think some things may change this month.
Workouts were on point this month as well! I worked out 3 - 4 times per week every week! I burn an average of 700 - 800 calories per workout and even more on the weekends.
Now for next month, I want to hold out on revealing that just yet because my trainer wants to come up with some sort of new plan for me since I am a bit down about the pace that I am moving at. He feels that it must be something going on in my diet, so I want to wait for his assessment and I will get back to you all on Monday!
