Non-Scale Victory

Words cannot express how great I felt this past weekend. About two weeks ago I went shopping with my mom and my sister, and I did some major damage in the mall. One of my favorite stores is New York and Company. I feel that every time I go there, I leave with the whole right section of the store, and this particular day was no different. I picked up some really cute outfits, and at the time when I bought two particular skirt and sweater sets they were a little (actually very) snug, but I refused to get a bigger size and I was determined to fit into them. So to my surprise I was able to wear one of the outfits this Sunday to church. It was still a little snug but it definitely fit better than it did in the store two weeks ago.

It feels so good when you can visually see how your body is changing, and it is even more exciting when the people around you see it too! I am on cloud nine, and I am even more determined to hit the gym harder this week. My next challenge is to fit into my red skinny jeans, once I fit in them and can breathe at the same time I will be sure to post a picture.

Stay Fab <3
