This Week's Highs
I am soooooo excited, I finally made it to the gym, drum roll please..........5 times in one week! I kept telling myself that I was going to make it to the gym at least 5 times during the week, and I finally accomplished my goal. This may not be big for anyone else, but for me this is a big step in the right direction. My eating has been great this past week too. My mom recently purchased a fancy juicer, so I have been forcing myself to drink at least 8oz of fresh juice a day. I normally try to eat fruits and vegetables throughout the day, so drinking them just make things easier.
This Week's Lows
The scale has not budged, but its OK. I did not let it stop me from eating healthy or going to the gym. There are only 2 weeks left in the challenge and I refuse to give up now. I figure that if I keep up this routine of making it to the gym 5 times a week for the last weeks of the challenge, some weight has got to fall off.
How are you guys keeping up with the challenge???
