Want to have a drink?

Going out for happy hour when you are on a diet can be nothing short of a disaster! It can be so deceiving because when you are drinking something versus eating something, it can make you feel like it cannot be a lot of calories. Some alcoholic beverages are just as bad as eating french fries or a burger! Personally, I try to stay under 200 calories when I am having drinks. I would much rather chew my calories than to drink them.

And for everyone out there on Weight Watchers, I beg you to try the Cocktail Cheat Sheet. I use that whenever I go out for cocktails. I also make sure that I drink a glass of water in between each cocktail to slow myself down and to fill up with something besides bar food and cocktails.
