SO Lost


So this weekend, Kimberly and I met up to catch up on the latest news with each other over brunch. As always we had a great time catching up and we talked about everything under the sun, which of course included Weight Loss. We were discussing all of the different tips we knew for losing weight and trying to figure out why some of the things that others have done and lost a ton of weight is not working for us. So after talking it through, and thinking back to some articles that I have read it must be true that what works for one person may not necessarily produce the same type of results for another.

I know that losing weight is hard and that the best and healthiest way to lose weight is to lose it slowly, but I feel like I am at a standstill. I have been losing the same 10 pounds over and over, well at least that is what it feels like. I can definitely see a difference in the way my body looks and the way my clothes fit; But it's not enough for me, I would love to see the number on the scale go down.

I feel totally lost. At this point it is becoming frustrating trying to figure out what produces the best results. I am on a quest to figure out what I need to do to lose weight most effectively. As of right now I am going to stick to the suggestions from MyFitnessPal until the 20th when I weigh in and take my measurements. After that I think I am going to switch things up and see how my body responds. Once I find what works best for my body type I am going to stick to it!
