I was introduced to Eat Smart Veggie Crisps veggie crisps from one of my coworkers and to say I was hesitant is an exaggeration. I do not like veggies. Putting them in chip form didn't seem to really make a difference to me.
BUT
When I bit down in to the cruncy, yummy, delicious, salty chip... I was amazed! If you crave salty foods when you are making a nutritional life change, please give these a try.
