Motivation to Keep Working Out
I "pinned" this on my Pinterest board a little while ago and thought I would share it with you all today. Sometimes we just need to put things into prospective a bit.
Changing your body is a process. A long process depending on how many changes that you need to make. Even though we expect the changes to come the minute after we burn 700 calories on the treadmill, we still have to wait. Weight loss is not an instant gratification type of situation. It's a drawn out process that steadily builds up towards the reward.
So, keep going. Don't stop.
