Workout Motivation

Anyone who has experienced what it is like to work to lose weight will understand this statement. Weight loss is not easy. Your body is a machine with a special code that only you can discover through trial and error. You must be strong enough physically and mentally in order to get to the point where you crack the master code. And yes, I said master code, because along the way there are clues and codes that get you inside the machine for a minute or two, but then they lock you back out again.

Be strong and get to know the machine that is your body.
