Today I started Level 2.
Please let me inform you. If you do not like or cannot do planks, you will not have fun in this workout. I was dripping sweat from head to toe by the end. Jillian always says that she wants to hear you grunt/yell/puff, and trust me, she heard a few out of me.
I am beginning to see why people say that you start losing weight in the second week because it feels more like a cardio workout for the whole workout. I am excited to see how I get through it in 10 more days.
***Note: I took 2 days off for rest, so that's why I am a bit behind. I will end somewhere around Day 36***
