Too Big for Flintstones Vitamins??
I have been doing a lot of reading on weight-loss lately and I have found that a good multi-vitamin is great for weight-loss. A lot of the time people do not consume enough fruits and vegetables like myself, so vitamins are a great alternative to help absorb the right amount of nutrients and vitamins needed to aid in weight loss.
Our body's weight-related functions such as appetite, hunger, metabolic rate, and calorie burning work more efficiently with an optimum intake and absorption of vitamins.
The most note-worthy vitamins to mention for aiding in weight-loss are: Vitamins B2, B3, B5 and B6, Choline, Inositol, and Vitamin C.
So if you are like me and are not consuming enough fruits and veggies, I would suggest stopping by your local GNC or VitaminWorld and finding a good multi-vitamin. Just note that by adding a vitamin to your diet, you will not see dramatic weight-loss results but a good multi-vitamin will definitely support your weight-loss efforts.
