  1. Love it. I always think of this when I want to eat something I shouldn't or skip a workout (which is hardly because I LOVE to workout). I think of how awesome it will be to feel amazing wearing form fitting clothes and not having to worry about sucking it in. Or seeing my muscles pop out and feeling strong. :) Thanks for sharing.
