Sometimes & Always

Sometimes: I want to stop trying to lose weight and accept myself for the way I am.
Always: I know that my true goal (besides vanity) is to live a healthier lifestyle and that includes weight loss.

Sometimes: I am worried about getting married because my friends think I will officially be an old woman who doesn't know how to have fun anymore.
Always: My fiance reminds me that we are home bodies and have an amazing time together AND in time they will understand when they get married and realize that their social life is not over. It's just beginning.
Khloe laying on my lap... as usual.
Sometimes: I hate when the Khloe, our minature Poodle, snuggles with me on the couch when she smells like stinky-outside-dog.
Always: I secretly appreciate having someone to cuddle with.

Sometimes: I don't want to eat healthy.
Always: I feel amazing, empowered, renewed, and motivated when I bite the big one and just do it.

  1. IT is really hard to eat healthy ( and $$$) but I always feel better when I do too.

    1. I know. Cheetos are under $1 but fresh veggies and fruit are through the roof!

  3. Dittooo on that last one. I am not always {let's be real, it's a lot less often than always} as healthy as I should be. But when I am? It feels GREAT.

  4. I hear you on the stinky dog. I have baby wipes that I use on her often that way I don't irritate her skin because if it was up to me I'll bathe her daily, haha.

    1. We use the wipes too! But Khloe is the most unlady-like poodle I know. She loves all stinky, nasty, repulsive things. lol. She would truly be at home in a pig pen.

  5. I thought my social life got better after my husband and I were married. We're lucky to have some really great couple friends that we can do just about anything with.

    1. You are very lucky. We don't have any couple friends yet... we are hoping to make some soon though. :)

  6. If your friends are making you crazy like that, they are annoying. Keep going strong with your fiance and good luck with your marriage! I am your newest follower. Check out my post if you get a chance. Amber
