This Week's Highs
This week I tried to get my booty back in the gym. I didn't turn it up too much because of my back and knee, but I went for a nice steady cardio workout. I spoke to an old friend and she swears by this all natural supplement (which I will blog about in July after I give it a fair shot) and 1 hour of cardio 6 days per week. Now, I couldn't commit to six days last week, but I got a solid 3 days in AND I was able to lift heavy with my trainer on Friday. My weight hasn't moved much, but my pants are ridiculously lose around the middle section. BUT I cannot go down a size yet because my hips are not going anywhere.
This Week's Lows
I really wanted to see a big loss on the scale but didn't this week, which is fine. Maybe next week will be the week when I see the pound just dropping off. I also wanted to go back to my kill-myself cardio, but my back and knee cannot handle it yet. Therefore, slow and steady better be the way for me to win this race.
Overall I have a great feeling about June. I feel like this may be a huge month for me.
PS--- Today marks exactly 2 months until my wedding!
