It's week 11 and I feel like I am in weight loss heaven! (Corny, I know... but I had to say it!)
Week 10: 178.6
Week 11: 177.2 (-1.4)
And I did pretty good with my goals from last week too. I definitely was able to get my water intake in, I stayed away from non-whole grain carbs AND I limited my sugar intake. I think I only had 1 tablespoon of sugar all week!
For next week, my goal is to continue to track my food everyday. That's it. Tracking is hard for me to do consistently, so I just want to focus on making healthy choices and tracking them. If you are on MyFitnessPal, please feel free to add me as a friend! My name is Kimberly WIOG.
