#50on52 Week 11

It's week 11 and I feel like I am in weight loss heaven! (Corny, I know... but I had to say it!)

Week 10: 178.6
Week 11: 177.2 (-1.4)

My new motto is "nothing tastes as good as weight loss feels". After having a “get it together” talk with my trainer James last week, I decided that I need to become obsessed with reaching my goals. So what does this mean? It means I headed back to MyFitnessPal so I can keep track of my eating, for real. And not just watching my overall calories, but my sodium, fat, fiber and protein. Counting calories is the ONLY way to know exactly what you are eating. Period. Yes, you can write it down, but you will never know the breakdown, and it is harder to see trends in your eating without all of the hardcore facts. I am not allowing myself to go crazy though (Is this more like Boar's Head low sodium ham or Hillshire Farms low sodium ham? Cause I used to be that into it.) I track what I eat, and don't stress about it.

And I did pretty good with my goals from last week too. I definitely was able to get my water intake in, I stayed away from non-whole grain carbs AND I limited my sugar intake. I think I only had 1 tablespoon of sugar all week!

For next week, my goal is to continue to track my food everyday. That's it. Tracking is hard for me to do consistently, so I just want to focus on making healthy choices and tracking them. If you are on MyFitnessPal, please feel free to add me as a friend! My name is Kimberly WIOG

How are you doing with your fitness goals?
